I'm not totally against FSU in the SEC, I just prefer Va Tech. I do think you risk pissing Florida off by adding FSU and that could ultimately be a bad thing. It's unlikely, but Florida is the one school (other than Arky) who I could actually see jumping to another conference (the ACC) at some point if they got really mad at the SEC for whatever reason. Losing Florida would be MUCH MUCH MUCH worse than anything gained by picking up FSU.

I disagree. They play each other anyway. It would be a big plus for the SEC.

Does anyone think that FSU is just posturing and showing who is in charge?
In the ACC, they've won 12 conf. championships in 20 years. They would not have come close to that in the SEC, I don't think.
