That's really old news. There are pics on A&M sites of planes from the various schools parked at Atlanta Hartsfield.

The abstainer may have been Florida. That way if they oppose FSU in the future it can't be said that they voted for expansion in the first place.

USCe didn't vote. It wasn't that they abstained, it was because they let Spurrier cast the vote and he couldn't decide whether to let his vote stay in or pull it out for a different vote. Everybody got tired of his waffling and just ignored him.
