If A&M leaves, does Texas puss-out and refuse to play them??

That would be a terrible, terrible P.R. move on the Longhorns' part.
If they try to pull this on the Aggies, can the entire SEC stand behind their new conference brother and "refuse to play TEXAS in all sports?" Just like the ultimatum that Texas is giving Texas A&M.
