this shows me that vt will be the 14th team. the sec already rejected fsu for 2 major reasons: 1. uf/uga/usc are against it, and 2. sec still remembers that fsu chose acc over sec 30 years ago, citing basketball and academics. karma's a bitch, fsu. therefore fsu is stuck in the acc and kowtowing to whatever unc/duke want. acc knows vt is the sec's true target and doing everything they can to avoid the inevitable.
