How have you handled conference realignment?
I'm 6 years in to my dynasty and I have made the following changes:
Syaracuse, Pitt, UConn, WVU and Rutgers to the ACC
TCU and BYU to the Big 12
Texas A&M and NC State to the SEC
Missouri and Notre Dame to the Big Ten

I haven't bought the new one. I thought last years version sucked and took it to GameXchange a couple weeks after buying it. Is 12 version improved or the same?

I think it's a lot better. it needs a few tweaks via sliders and is far from perfect but i have fun with it.

My cousin worked for EA sports for a few years and I got free games for awhile. Sucks dropping $60 on a new game if it turns out shitty. I still play one of the older versions regularly.

The passing on Heisman is by far the hardest its ever been. I havent messed with conference realignment though.

I set mine up with 4 16 team superconferences: ACC, Big 10, Pac 12, SEC.
As time progressed, teams not in the Big 4 who reached 4 star status replaced those in the Big 4 who had fallen to 2 star or below.
Former teams from one of the 6 original BCS conferences who were kicked out were guaranteed spots in the Big 12 to try build up again to regain a spot.
The best of the remaining schools are moved to the Big East every other year or so. This way there is a constant rotation of teams moving in and out of the Big 12 and Big East into the Big 4 and the Big 4 are full of the very best teams.

So, in dynasty mode, is there any in-game back lash in terms of recruiting or rankings based on texas screwing up conferences
