Memphis is crap. What were they, 2-10 in football last year?
And honestly, I do not expect the basketball team to keep this pace up.

Their basketball team as more history than LSU's history. Well, not when you take into account all the vacated stuff. Memphis basketball isn't going anywhere.
Hopefully Porter can turn the football team around. The boosters don't donate much to the team nor care about football, but when they were winning with DeAngelo Williams there was a lot bandwagon support. With more money and a good coach, they can do pretty well in football.

If the Big East adds Memphis and UCF, they are doomed to be mid major football conference. Whats next Marshall?
The Bog East likes to see itself as Top Drawer. As a Big East follower, I say add these teams and take their bid away and give it to Mountain West.
