Does adding TAMU to SEC hurt LSU recruiting in East Texas?

As it stands now if you want to play in the SEC as an East Texas athlete but don't want to be too far from home you could be drawn to LSU. Does TAMU joining the SEC shut off East Texas recruiting to the SEC? Thoughts?

Initially, no.
As long as LSU beats up on the Aggies every year, east Texas will be just as fertile as southern Mississippi is for LSU.
