Yeah because New Orleans is a huge TV market with tons of cash to spend and centrally located to the Big 12.
If the Big 12 picks Tulane then they are more desperate than anyone could ever imagine. I see this as more Tulane fandom bullshite thinking that their athletic program is relevant. Sorry.
