CUSA / MWC Merger or Championship Game?

I've read several articles on this and I'm still not sure what is happening. Is this simply an agreement to have a championship game between the two conferences or is it going to act as one giant conference?

Well until they actually come out and have a conference and say what they're going to do...I would just assume either option is viable. Most likely they would come under one name with two divisions.
