I would be really surprised. Not only is there a lot of animosity between Heupel and the OU decision makers, the OU fanbase flat out doesn't want him.
I think Castiglione knows he has to have a wow hire to appease the fans for losing Riley and to have something to sell recruits. Blue bloods aren't supposed to lose college coaches to other programs and I don't think a Heupel hire is going to win over fans or recruits.
