agree 100%.
However, why can you not pay a guy $6M/yr, and make the bonuses really significant? For winning a Natty, not only make him the highest paid, but pay 20% MORE than the highest paid coach....but only for that year.
Just a thought. There are always multiple ways to work out the pay. I hate guarantees.
