There’s a reason companies like Amazon, Microsoft, Boeing, all of the Bio-medical companies like Amgen, PacCar, Nintendo, Adobe, Google, Nordstrom, T-Mobile, Starbucks, Zillow and many more primarily young and thriving corporations have located a significant presence in or are headquartered in Seattle. Why would anyone think 70 is too old ? No I get it, I was 18 once too and thought 40 yr. Olds were Old. Well your opinion will change, believe me ! And I'm 64 but fell like 18 mentally and sometimes physically, either of these thoughts gets us "old people" hurt. Saban at 70 said he has another 10 years left to coach ! Bobby Bowden was 100 when he quit, or was run off. He probably should have stopped a couple of years before he did. The fact is Nobody is promised tomorrow unless you have some kinda knowledge from a galaxy far away. Look at Bo Rein ? Ya never know, just like getting burned out etc. etc. So remember "time" is irrelevant !
I mean yes we all have expectation dates so would I hire an 80 yr. old as a coach, No, 70 Hell Yeah ! Trust me Saban ain't washed up, I'd take him back in a Heartbeat !
