Organize these coaches into tiers

as is often the case, this is not set in stone. as an example I don't think frank Wilson should be in tier 3 and I think mullen should be in tier 2. also, there's gundy; I can't stand the guy but he most certainly should be in tier 2. in fact, I think he's our best option because he fields a good team just about every year and is in a shite recruiting area, esp against big bro OU. he is an offense guru also.
