I'm not pulling for BoB here, either, but I do have to admit that his biggest failures in the NFL were with the GM role. I think he had a similar to struggle that Saban had in Miami of having to relate to pro players being paid more than the coach instead of leading a college program. Just a different dynamic. He was okay at PSU during all their mess. Still don't want him, but won't freak out if Scott vets everyone and decides that's the guy.
