Bowers is an Ole Miss alum. He bought out the old Veterans Ford dealership in the Nola area. There is a rumor that Bowers gets George Soros money for his dealerships. Probably not an ideal guy to have around the Nola area. If he did indeed move to Oxford that is for the best as far as LSU is concerned.
