I think from a business perspective it would be a horrible and risky proposition.

But it could work and I wouldn't be surprised by the upside.

I think A LOT of candidates last year had apprehensions about working for CEO. I believe many KNEW he was a CEO vs HC and there was a good chance they would be smarter / better coach than O and the potential for it to go sideways of downward was there.

That is why we got who we got, not first choices, not second choices but somewhere WAY down the line. We got lucky on D side of things (once left to his own devices) and not so much on the O.
