Many teams will soon be racing for a new head football coach, what will LSU do?

This year won't set a record on new head coaching hires, but many sports guys on podcasts are predicting it will come close. Woodward may feel he doesn't need to speed up LSU's hire, but he has no say regarding the speed of many other hires in college football, with supposedly a near-record number about to occur and the early signing period in Mid December. It's nearly a certainty that many teams if not all will be racing for a new head coach. Whether Woodward realizes it or not, his purple and gold LSU car is about to enter the Indy 500 as it gets to December or just past it. I just wonder what will Woodward and LSU do, seeing everyone else attempting to pass LSU?
If Woodward doesn't go for Aranda now, USC will probably hire Aranda while Woodward waits on his huge whale to say yes. These are all the teams entering or I predict are about to enter the race for a new head football coach.
1. USC
2. LSU
3. Ole Miss
4. Florida
5. Miss St.
6. Kentucky
7. Cinncinatti
8. Michigan St.
9. Arizona St.
10. Washington
11. ULL
12. Iowa St.
13. Baylor
14. Texas
15. Oklahoma - even if LSU misses here, the Sooners may still be looking if another NFL owner decides to gamble on a college offensive coach as the Arizona Cardinals owner did and offers an astronomical salary, seeing how it paid off huge!

According to several podcast sources, the Texas natives are restless and are seeking a head.

They can seek all they want, but I don't think the administration is that dumb. Texas is already a dumpster fire; if they fire a coach after one year they'll be radioactive, and the powers that be know that. What kind of coach would want to go someplace that needs a major rebuild but will fire a coach who doesn't turn things around in his first year?! I'm not saying Sark will succeed there...the signs aren't promising...but I think the administration has no real choice but to give him at least one more year.

Yes, supposedly we got Matt Campbell before anyone else.
I'm not laughing at Matt Campbell, I'm laughing at $100 million being offered and no takers.

All those teams are not about to enter the HC race.

How do you know there’s been no takers?

Insiders including one from Hanny’s, all seem to agree no whale. In about two weeks I will know for certain.
