Meh. We have to either play him every year like now or recruit against him in a very large state. I think it might make things somewhat easier, there's only so many players you can sign.
And its almost impossible to not be stronger than texas is now. 2 conference championships in 16 years? Feast or famine.

No, I don't doubt it at all. He's the best coach in the country and Texas should be trying to hire him if they can. I am used to this happening every season since he's been here.
