What do we have to do to get a cerebral all pro former nfl linebacker on staff? He’s currently a pro scout for the Carolina panthers that I think would be a dynamite coach. Dude is smart as hell and knows what it takes to be a real QB on the defense.

I think one of the reasons he retired was due to too many concussions. I think we have enough tards on our staff...
