Any coach who can bring in 5 star QB,OL,DL, and LBs (not just WRs and DBs) every year in top 3 classes is going to be good, can he do this?

Would everyone be happy with Jimbo cruising at 9-3, 8-4, or 10-2 yearly? The honeymoon would be over in year 4th if he does that.
