Not to nitpick but you see that often. If a coach is considered strong on only one side of the ball, who they should be paired with is discussed as if assembling a good staff is not their job. I don't think we critique that part of the skillset enough.

I think Aranda's shown he's good at quickly assembling a solid coaching staff. It's hard to argue that's not the most important aspect as a HC.
