Everyone (supporters and nay-sayers alike) knows he's only going to be as good as his coordinators. He's good at motivating and recruiting, but isn't a schemer (hence why he's never been a DC or OC). We might as well pay Aranda the head coach salary in this case since he'll be infinitely more valuable than Coach O - who will just be happy to have the HC job. Let's pay the coordinators $3MM a piece and give O a recruiting coordinator's salary if we're going to go this route.
