If information on this board is correct or not. Lets use 100 million plus over 10 years.

If it truly is 100 plus million over 10 years. That seems like a number you would offer to someone who is on the fence about leaving their present situation.
Why would you offer that to a Mel Tucker? This seems like a number you would offer to a Joe Brady to come back. Not saying its Brady just using him as someone people have said he does not like recruiting.
So lets talk about Joe and recruiting or Aranda and recruiting. Austin Thomas does the recruiting and evaluations if I am correct Austin would take a lot of this off Brady or Aranda so that they could do what they do best.
If this is the number it just seems like a lot for Mel Tucker. Also Woodward's M.O. is to persuade a coach that has been asked by others to move and has yet to be persuaded. Mel Tucker moved after 1 year and now has been at a MSU for 2 years. Aranda seems loyal so him leaving Baylor after 2 years he would need some serious motivation. Matt Campbell comes to mind. Kellen Moore comes to mind because of NFL money.
Not saying any of these guys are in play just my opinion.

Offer Joe Brady more than a vast majority of college and Professional coaches for one year as passing coordinator at LSU and 2 below average years as OC at Carolina.
