I hope I’m wrong, but Tucker’s pay raise

Are you new to coaching searches?
Let me help you out.
1. A school has an opening for a HC.
2. People start talking about potential candidates.
3. Coach A gets mentioned as a possible candidate, or possibly is a candidate.
4. Coach A's agent make sure his current school hears about this.
5. If Coach A's school wants to keep him they usually give them a raise.
Whether Coach A really had interest in leaving, or if the other school really had interest in Coach A, he now has a raise.
Let me help you out.
