In a delicate negotiation with mucho $$$ at stake, I would be surprised if he did respond. Can't hurt whether he is negotiating with UA or UT to remain silent, and all sorts of negatives attend any statement. In some ways, though, he may have. He told Matt Elam yesterday, per 247, that he was staying at Alabama.
