Coaching changes are always tough

It is hard to get a top notch coach to leave a top school. Unless there are issues(ala Fisher, not getting money and support from admin at FSU), it is hard to take a coach who is successful at one place and bring him to a place that is on the same tier. It was always going to be hard to get a coach from Oklahoma or A&M to come to LSU, when in reality we are fairly even tier wise in the football world. This is why you see so many failures in coaching searches.
