Do you get fired at one job and not have your contract renewed at the next job if you are great coach?
Cam - if it is him - is a nice hire from a perception standpoiny. Looks hood to get an nfl OC. However, as most have pointed out, he foes not have a particularly prolific offensive resume. Noy sure he's ever had a top 8 (25%) nfl offense.
Roman hire would have imprrssed/concerned me more, but not like Cam is a "bad" hire. Just not a homerun hire. BVG was a HR hite.
