About 5 chapters in and so far it's solid. Really easy read like his other works. Interested to see what else is uncovered. So far it's mainly back stories about some interesting public health people.

Just bought it, can't wait to start. Finishing up Krakauer's Pat Tillman book now.

Extremely detailed, but still a pretty quick & enjoyable read. He goes into a lot of post-60s Soviet-Afghan-Al Qaeda-US history.
Tillman was apparently a big journaler, which Krakauer includes a lot of, and made Tillman’s Army experience seem like a big waste. My feeling about him after reading the book is that his football career was a bit of a waste too...he was a natural leader that could’ve done more with his life had he made it home.
