Audiobooks for cleaning

Hi All- I only really listen to audiobooks on road trips and while I clean. I was hoping the board could make some recommendations for stuff to listen to while I clean:
For more information on likes, I typically go for less intricate thrillers. I could also do something funny- in the vein of David Sedarus but before he got older and too maudlin. My past listens are Devolution by Max Brooks and the Baztan Trilogy by Delores Redondo. I very much enjoy the Hannibal Books in the past. I’m kind of interested in trying some Nordic noir, but other recommendations are more than appreciated.
Dislikes for audiobooks are having to keep up with lots of characters/plot details (too easy to get distracted for a bit and I don’t like to rewind), symbolism I need/want to reflect on as I go, and really bad writing (Devolution was on the edge).
Can anybody suggest good stuff? Thanks so much for any help.

The Mr. Mercedes trilogy by Stephen King was great. And the narrator was fantastic.
Not too complex. Not horror.

Carl Hiaasen has several comedic "thrillers" that would be easily digestible while cleaning. His plots get a little repetitive though if you listen to too many of them.

These sound like good suggestions- right up my alley. Thank y’all so much, and I’m always open to more :)

I listen to Wheel of time audiobooks while cleaning. I should be good for the next 60 years.

Couple others:
The Nowhere Man series by Gregg Hurwitz
IQ by Joe Ide
I’ve got lots of others but not sure which are good for cleaning.
Check those out though.

If you like light mysteries with a nice touch of humor you should try David Rosenfelt and his Andy Carpenter series. I think there are about 22 books in the series now. They are all very light, have a very good mystery element, and are quite humorous. Andy Carpenter (the main character) is a very rich lawyer who is trying to “not work” any longer. However he seems to fall into taking impossible cases again and again. If you are interested I suggest starting with the first one as even though they are stand alone, many of the characters are in every book and there is a bit of carryover from book to book.
“Open and Shut”. Whether dueling with new forensics or the local old boys' network, irreverent defense attorney Andy Carpenter always leaves them awed with his biting wit and winning fourth-quarter game plan. But the fun stops the day Andy's dad, Paterson, New Jersey's legendary ex-DA, drops dead in front of him at a game in Yankee Stadium. The shocks pile on as he discovers his dad left him with two unexpected legacies: a fortune of $22 million that Andy never knew existed...and a murder case with enough racial tinder to burn down City Hall.
Struggling to serve justice and bring honor to his father, Andy must dig up some explosive political skeletons - and an astonishing family secret that can close his case (and his mouth) for good.
He also has written several other mysteries and has started a new series featuring a police dog with Andy’s wife as the principle character. Both Andy Carpenter and the author, David Rosenfelt, are dog lovers. In real life David has a very active commitment to Dog Rescue and owns a Dog Rescue service in New Jersey. His Golden Retriever, Tara, is an integral character in most all his books.

Space Team series or Caravan and Creatures series. The books are hilarious and the narrators are amazing. I just finished my second listen of Space Team
