1984-NFL Draft connection

So Roger Goodell is basically Goldstein from 1984 right? Gets paid millions to stand up there and take the boos from the proles (fans) while the owners (ingsoc) work behind the scenes to run the league with immunity. No one focuses on them because they are too busy hating Goodell. Just something I realized when watching the draft.
