NFL: QB Carson Palmer Returning To Bengals?

ESPN's Bob Holtzman is saying that Cincinnati QB Carson Palmer met with Bengals at the end of July about a possible return. Palmer still hasn't filed his retirement papers to the league. So, could this really happen? ESPN's Adam Schefter Tweeted it's a possibility...
