New Orleans Saints defensive coordinator Rob Ryan is known for his long sexy hair. But that hair might be getting in the way of him landing a head coaching job. According to ESPN’s Chris Mortensen, a lot of people were “truly impressed” with the what Ryan did this past season with the Saints, but NFL executives feel he needs to cut his hair to present a more professional look.

“If he wants to be a head coach, he has to cut his hair,” executives have told Mort. “It is about image for these guys. They want a CEO-type. That’s what they want.”
