A descendant of some imported indigenous people is responsible for using this phrase on many of the pseudo-music tracks he produces for various people that rap. The use of this phrase identifies the particular speaker as using this producer to produce his rap. Many people of ethnic origins have developed a senseless, mind-numbing language within a language. It is called Ebonics and has so many variations that it is often not understood mere blocks away. "Run it back" means to keep the same teams, and play again". Run it back Turbo would appear to mean that Teddy is a fan of the aforementioned producer of speaking albums.
