The day before Oregon takes on Florida State, high winds ripped through the Rose Bowl fan fest. According to ABC 7, the Pasadena Fire Department treated four people for injuries after wind struck the fanjets. The blue skies were a little deceiving, as things kind of got scary fast on Wednesday afternoon...
