ESPN is reporting that UCF QB Blake Bortles will forego his last year of eligibility and enter the 2014 NFL Draft. The redshirt junior is expected to make his announcement on Monday.

Bortles is rated as the second quarterback (behind Louisville's Teddy Bridgewater) and 15th overall prospect according to Scout Inc.

Per ESPN:

Bortles passed for 3,581 while leading 12-1 UCF to an American Athletic Conference title and a win in the Tostitos Fiesta Bowl.

He threw 25 touchdown passes for the second straight year, and he also ran for six touchdowns this season.
