McHale & Cassell to Interview With Rockets

The Houston Rockets are about to start interviewing for a replacement for Rick Adelman who was recently let go. Candidates to interview include Hall of Famer Kevin McHale, former Rocket Sam Cassell, former Oklahoma/Indiana coach Kelvin Sampson, former Atlanta coach Mike Woodson, and former Cleveland coach Mike Brown. They'll also be interviewing current assistant NBA coaches and former players Mario Elie and Jack Sikma.

Houston is taking their time waiting to see if current playoff coaches get the ax after their elimination also, like Stan Van Gundy, Brian Shaw, Lawrence Frank and Mike Budenholzer.
