I don’t understand how people blame the driver in car accidents and not the vehicle itself.

There’s be a lot more people dead from car wrecks if there wasn’t safety conformance’s and crash test requirements. Drivers get blame but don’t act like there aren’t measures in place reduce severity of injury when bad drivers get behind the wheel.
