The Tampa Bay Buccaneers selected LSU tight end Bauer Sharp with the 185th pick in the 6th round of the NFL Draft.

The 6-5, 240-pounder from Dothan, Ala., began his career at Southeastern before transferring to Oklahoma and then LSU.

In five years at the collegiate level, Sharp caught 106 passes for 942 yards and 8 touchdowns.

LSU played him to be the biggest catch of portal. Even when he had problems they kept him in. That told me they didn't have confidence in the next man up.
