The crew over at Sports Illustrated and CBS Sports released updated bowl projections this week and both have LSU and Oklahoma meeting up in the postseason but in different games.

CBS Sports:
Allstate Sugar Bowl - LSU vs. Oklahoma
Mercedes-Benz Superdome, New Orleans
Jan. 1, 8:45 p.m. (ESPN)
The last time LSU and Oklahoma played each other the Tigers won the 2003 BCS National Championship in New Orleans.
