Brad Crawford of CBS Sports recently ranked college football's toughest schedule stretches of 2026.

LSU landed at No. 3 on the list, with the November multi-game stretch against Alabama, Texas, and Tennessee.

3. LSU
If Lane Kiffin and the Tigers are in the College Football Playoff hunt exiting this gauntlet, they'll have earned every ounce of national respect by the end of it. A Year 1 barometer matchup for Kiffin, LSU hosts Alabama the first weekend of November as usual and looks to snap a three-game skid in the SEC rivalry. From there, the Tigers take on Texas for only the third time since 1963. Wrapping up, Neyland Stadium is a difficult place to survive, particularly against a Tennessee offense under Josh Heupel that's often capable of turning games into track meets in a hurry.

vs. Alabama, Nov. 7
vs. Texas, Nov. 14
at Tennessee, Nov. 21

Bama will have a freshman QB seeing Tiger stadium at night for the first time. Feeling pretty good about that one

The first 4 games and then that stretch right there will tell the tale of this season. We gotta go 5-2 at least in those 7 games. We got to at least split TAMU/Ole Miss and Bama/Texas.

If LSU remains healthy (100%) through that stretch. 3-0 Tigers ??
