According to court documents, LSU's Jalen Mills has an arraignment date set for Oct 14th, which is the Tuesday following the Florida game.

Mills, a junior from DeSoto, TX is charged with simple battery, a misdemeanor, for allegedly striking a woman in a May. He plans to plead not guilty.

Judge Richard "Chip" Moore will preside over the arraignment.

Misdemeanor will only net him some pre trial aversion or fines. However from what's been put out there he has multiple witnesses that contradict the alleged victims statements.
