Freshman Kelvin Joseph, who was expected to replace injured cornerback Kristian Fulton this week vs. Rice is "questionable" for Saturday, according to head coach Ed Orgeron.

Joseph has missed both days of practice this week.

With Fulton out and Joseph's status up in the air, options to replace them vs. Rice include Kary Vincent Jr., Terrence Alexander, and Mannie Netherly.

He was moved to offense. I would think he got reps at CB this week. We don’t have many corners left.

Let him rest and lets see how deep we can go. We know that Texas A&M is going to give us their very best game, we should be on second and third stringers everywhere by the second half this week.

Probably wouldn't hurt to rest some defensive guys anyhow.

I want to see what Netherly can do with that length and speed. 6’3 4.4

I saw the spring game. Netherly still had much work to do. He really struggled.
