Oklahoma head coach Lincoln Riley spoke to the media Monday afternoon and officially announced that starting defensive tackle Ronnie Perkins, running back Rhamondre Stevenson and wide receiver Trejan Bridges are suspended and will not play vs. LSU in the Peach Bowl on Dec. 28th.

Riley also said that starting safety Delarrin Turner-Yell is not expected to play after suffering an injury last week in practice.

Totally respect Riley for his commitment to punish his players. The same with Coach O. We are one of the few self testing teams in college. Is it really helping them if they skirt past the rules.

Tough break for the Sooners. Sometimes different players cause coaches to make different gameplans, so it could potentially (but not likely) benefit them.
