According to Rand Getlin with Yahoo Sports, Jameis Winston is trying to recruit former LSU offensive lineman La'el Collins to join him in Tampa Bay.

Add Winston and the Buccaneers along with the Buffalo Bills and the Miami Dolphins to the list of the teams that are pushing hard for Collins.

Update: Add the New England Patriots to that list as well...

All it required to guarantee he showed up for your team was drafting him. Still have NO idea why nobody pulled the trigger.

I'd like to see him with the Saints 1st, Cincy 2nd, and Cards 3rd.

Reason wasn't drafted was because if he was taken he could have not signed and reentered draft next year. If undrafted he couldn't reenter draft next year.

Watching the TV series Draft Academy has me looking at Jameis in a new perspective. He might have messed up a few times, but it's good to see a kid who came from nothing become something.

Before giving Winston so much love... Wait until The Hunting Ground documentary comes out.
