Florida head coach Billy Napier spoke with reporters on Monday to provide updates heading into Saturday's game vs. LSU in the Swamp.

Napier said that quarterback DJ Lagway (hamstring) worked out this morning, and they felt good with what they saw. They expect him to practice on Monday afternoon and will be 'day-to-day' moving forward.

Lagway suffered a hamstring pull against Georgia two weeks ago and was a game-time decision last week against Texas. He went through pregame warmups before Saturday's game against the Longhorns but wasn't ready to play.

If he plays, we lose. We make everyone’s QB look like a Heisman candidate.
