Former LSU offensive lineman Andy Dodd announced on Twitter Thursday that he will be transferring to McNeese State.

He previously announced his intentions to transfer back in February but did not say where he was heading to.

Dodd served as a backup center behind Ethan Pocic last season and played in six games including one start against Southern Miss.

The 6-4, 318-pounder from Lindale, Ga is expected to graduate from LSU in May.

Good move for Andy. He should be able to start for McNeese and show what he can do. Happy for him. Good guy. Team player!
