Former LSU and current Minnesota Vikings defensive end Danielle Hunter was named to the NFL Top 100 list this week at No. 40.

This is Hunter's second time on the list as he was at No. 57 last year.

Hunter played under former LSU head coach Les Miles from 2012 to 2014 and was a third-round draft pick by the Vikings in 2015.

In June of 2018, Hunter and the Vikings agreed to a five-year, $72 million contract extension with $40 million in guarantees and a $15 million signing bonus.

It amazes me how much talent we had at LSU over the years and Les just totally blew it away

It amazes me that after mike archer, curly hallman and Gerry dinardo coach our tigers. we have had nick Saban, les miles, and ed orgeron coach our tigers. Saban, miles, and orgeron won a national title and developed nfl talent we never thought we could produce back in 1999. The first group each had multiple losing seasons.
