ESPN's Edward Aschoff picked LSU's cornerback Kevil Toliver II as the Tigers most improved player coming out of spring practice. Here is what he had to say:

LSU: CB Kevin Toliver II

Toliver arrived at LSU as a five-star stud, but we've yet to fully see what the junior is capable of. Injury cut his 2016 season short, but this spring he was the healthiest he has been since his freshman year, and the coaches were excited by what they saw. He appears to be the Tigers' No. 1 corner, considering that the plan is to move Donte Jackson inside when LSU plays a nickel defense. Coach Ed Orgeron sang Toliver's praises for having such a productive spring.

I don't know if he is more improved but just finally healthy. Injury recover can be more mental than physical. He's finally in a good place mentally and physically.

I don't know if I want anyone on the team to succeed more than him. He was all LSU from day 1 and got several other players to follow him here. Geaux #2

Good news. Tolliver was solid as a freshman and should be again now that he's healthy. Jackson was beaten on big plays last year and I think the move inside will benefit him as well. This defense should be awesome again!

About time. Given, Donte Jackson must have beaten him out last year; regardless, Donte is an incredible athlete but nowhere near as consistent at Tolliver was as a freshman. Nice to see ya back at it KTII! Next stop....1st round
