LSU sophomore wide receiver Terrace Marshall suffered an injury vs. Vanderbilt this past weekend that required surgery on Sunday.

Head coach joined ESPN's "Off the Bench" Tuesday morning and said that he is hopeful they can get Marshall "back towards the latter part of the season.” Per Geaux247:

“Obviously, we had him taken care of right away on Sunday morning,” Orgeron said. “I think he is going to come back a little quicker from this injury than most people because of the work of Jack Mariucci and his staff. They are phenomenal.

“I do believe you are going to see him again this year. I don’t know when, but hopefully we get him back towards the latter part of the season.”
Marshall has started in every game for the Tigers this season and has 20 receptions for 304 yards and six touchdowns.

Hoping he is doing the same. We need him back for Bama, anything before that is a bonus. O is following the Beli plan for injury news.
