Despite Heavy Flooding, LSU At South Carolina Is Still A Go

The South Carolina Athletic Department issued the following statement about the upcoming home game against LSU this Saturday at 11am, which will go on as planned despite weather issues in the region. Per TheState.com:
quote:
“The game is scheduled to be played as planned,” according to the release. “All parties continue to monitor the situation and the schools and SEC office remain in communication in the aftermath of the storm and flooding in the Midlands area. Our thoughts are with the Columbia and South Carolina communities adversely affected by this tragedy.”
